We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible!

• Standard Shipping: $8.95 Australia-wide via Australia Post.

• Free Sample Shipping: $3.85 (sent as a letter, no tracking available).

• Dispatch Times: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.

• Delivery Times: Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to make changes, contact us ASAP. We’ll do our best to help before the order leaves our warehouse.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

We’re a small family business and want you to love our products!

• Free Samples: We offer free samples so you can try before you buy.

• Refunds: We don’t offer refunds for opened or unopened products.

• Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong product and your box is unopened, we may offer an exchange for another product. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
